Avoid these after your meal


1. Do not smoke after your meal: Smoking cigarette after meal is equivalent to smoking 10 cigarettes a study conducted by the experts say. The chances for occurrence of lung cancer is high for those who smokes immediately after the meal.


2.Eating fruits immediately after the meal should be avoided: The action of eating fruits immediately after a meal will cause the stomach to be bloated with air. If fruits need to be taken it should be done only after 1 or 2 hrs before the meal. 



3. Avoid tea after your meal: Because tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause the protein content in the food we consume to be hundred thus difficult to digest.





4. Do not loosen your belt after your meal. Loosening the belt can easily cause the intestine to get twisted and thus blocked.


5. Bathing after your meal will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs and body. And thus the amount of blood around the stomach will  decrease which will in turn weaken the digestive system in our stomach.



6. Don’t walk about after a meal. People always say that after a meal walk a hundred steps and you will live till 99. In actual fact this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake.



7. Don’t sleep immediately after your meal. The food we intake will not get digested  properly. This will lead to gas trouble and infection in our intestine.
